A new study finds that men that or overweight or obese at age twenty are likely to die prematurely. For each Body Mass Index (BMI) unit above 25, the risk increases by 10%. Risks also vary with age, however the significant figure is the increase in mortality due to being overweight or obese. The increased death rate is attributed to the increased incidence or heart disease and diabetes as a result of obesity.
