Studies by USC and Massachusetts General Hospital have revealed that middle-aged and older men who take erectile dysfunction (ED) drugs are 2-3 times more likely to have a a sexually-transmitted disease (STD). The link however is not directly caused by the drug, but by the higher-risk behavior of ED drug users. One possible cause is that users are not just sufferers of ED, but those that wish to enhance sexual activity. Some also suggest doctors that prescribe ED drugs often do not talk about responsible sexual activity to middle-aged and older patients as they would to adolescent patients. A possible solution can be increased education, more responsible prescribing of drugs, and follow up STD exams. So, for you older ED drug users, a bit of advice that my doctor gave me when I was a teenager, "If you have sex, wrap it up. Use a condom."

It breaks down like this for me... Viagra is my go-to for sure fires. It works the best for a fun evening and it seems to last till morning... or else mornings are my prime time, I don't know. Cialis is great when I'm really comfortable with someone and will still work strong the next morning and even the next night.
